Utilizing it’s Wi-Fi location technology, Cantor Gaming provides casino and gambling games along with web hosting platforms for casinos and will host, manage, develop and analyze applications, software and servers for the gambling industry. Offering customers and businesses a comprehensive account-based system for race and sports books as well as a mobile gaming technology for casino-style games, Cantor Gaming has become a premier company in the race and sports and mobile gaming industry in Nevada by offering its mobile sports betting solution throughout the state via its Android™ and Apple® compatible application.
Cantor Gaming approached Unbounded Solutions to speed up the development effort for their iPhone app version of SportsFantasy and SportsBook. Furthermore, they wanted expertise in a specific area of iOS development, to update their Device Validation process for associating a device with an account. The two applications are meant to be operated by Cantor Gaming or a casino that has purchased rights to it. To accomplish this technically, first a Simple User Interface must be developed to allow a user to place bets without knowing a lot about the rules of the game, secondly constraints must be implemented so that the game follows all gaming regulations. Last but not least, ensuring the security of the account and the device was also considered and built upon.
SportsFantasy is an application that allows a user to play a Fantasy Sports game for money with their Apple device. Fantasy sport is a game where participants are able to build a team that competes against other fantasy players based on the statistics generated by the real individual players or teams of a professional sport.
Cantor SportsBook is an application that allows a user to place bets in Nevada on the outcome or details of a real sports game. There is pregame betting and in running betting. The application also allows for betting on horse races.
Any money won is placed in the user account for future betting, and a user cannot bet more than what is in the account. If a user decides to cash in, he must set up a paypal account or have the money deposited to a bank account.
To ensure security the user must have a strong password, and the user must put in a code to add a device to their account. The code is sent to the email or phone provided by the user when the account is created. The user must also login to their account each time the app is opened.
Cantor SportsBook is available in the iTunes store, while SportsFantasy has been submitted to Apple for approval.
